Tony has co-founded several coaching schools and developed leadership resources used all over the globe. Having authored a dozen books, his “Coaching Questions” is a top-seller on Amazon.com. He specializes in Encounter Coaching—the technique of asking Jesus questions to foster dialogue between God and the client.
Tony and his wife have been married for over 35 years and have two grown children. They live in Redding, California where they enjoy the outdoors, reading, and creating hand-crafted furniture.
Todd brings together his life experience negotiating multi-billion dollar deals at Ford Motor Co with 7+ years as a Certified Encounter Coach to help leaders bring God’s kingdom to earth. He loves helping his clients hear God’s voice and experience life-changing encounters with Jesus – enabling them to make better decisions and live more joyfully.
While Todd coaches a variety of people in all walks of life, his specialty is coaching business leaders who are working within a cross-cultural context. He has over 2,000 hours of coaching experience and is a Certified Professional Christian Coach with CCNI.
Todd and Kathy, his wife of over 35 years, live in Michigan and have five kids and seven grandkids. Todd enjoys mountain biking, the outdoors, and cultivating friendships with those from different cultures.
Chris carries a deep passion for helping people encounter the living Jesus in ways that lead to lasting emotional and spiritual freedom. His greatest joy is watching someone move from head knowledge to heart-level transformation, where God’s voice becomes real, personal, and powerful.
His background in marketing, coaching, and ministry has helped him lead programs in encounter coaching and Kingdom entrepreneurship to develop systems that move people from stuck to sent. With a unique blend of spiritual depth and entrepreneurial insight, Chris weaves together practical strategy with prophetic clarity. At MetaFormation, he continues to help shape a movement of leaders who coach the heart, live from the Spirit, and cultivate communities that reflect Heaven on Earth.
Chris and his wife currently live in Florida with their two Persian cats.
Heather has a love for helping others in practical ways that is only matched by her desire to see people emotionally set free through encounters with Jesus. She also desires to see a new wave of ‘listening prayer’ shift hearts and circumstances in the world around her.
She has served in administrative roles in Christian entertainment, Special Needs programs, and now at MetaFormation – each one leading her into deeper, relational awareness of Jesus and her calling with Him. Her degrees in English and Latin have created a foundation and strength in conversing easily and well with others. She enjoys creating connections through life stories and seeing how God has been good to us in the midst of each season of our lives.
