What makes up a CHANGED Leader?
Leaders who embody transformation before offering it to others. They live, lead, and coach from the heart—because leadership isn’t a title, it’s who you become when Jesus changes you from the inside out. CHANGED Leaders live the message they carry, lead from encounter not performance, reframe pain as formation, multiply others by giving power away, and trust Jesus to bring real, lasting change.
