We’ll meet every Wednesday from 12:00-2:00PM eastern time starting February 11 and concluding on June 24, 2026.
Join this 20-week journey with fellow leaders passionate about creating transformation in their own lives and those they lead. You’ll learn encounter coaching fundamentals and apply them to real life situations in order to effect change.
What you’ll be able to do by the end:
Discern where God is already at work and form a “God-sized agenda” instead of forcing your own.
Help someone engage the heart (emotion, desire, belief) rather than staying only in the head.
Guide desire-level transformation using tools like Levels of Engaging, Drilling Down to Desire, and Desire Prayers.
Recognize and coach through Twisted Desires (where the heart looks to outcomes/people/things to fill what only Jesus can fill).
Help identify and replace Guardian Beliefs formed from wounds through Drilling Down to Belief.
Translate encounter into obedience with desire-filling action steps and relational accountability—so change becomes lifestyle.
